Brubaker Farms in Lancaster County, PA

Founded in 1929, Brubaker Farms in Lancaster County is owned and operated by Mike, Tony and Josh Brubaker. They and their families represent the third, fourth, and fifth generation living and working on Brubaker Farms.

Corn, rye, wheat and soybeans are grown on 1,800 acres of land to feed to their 1,300 cows. With a focus on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices, an on-farm methane digester converts food waste, manure, and methane gas into electricity to power the farm and heat their homes. The recycled solids are then used as bedding. Utilizing modern environmental and sustainable technologies ensures that future generations of the Brubaker family will continue the farm with healthy, high-quality land.

Proud member-owners of Mount Joy Farmers Co-op Association, Brubaker Farms’ milk is found in fresh milk, ice cream and other dairy products.
